Timeframe

Our return policy allows for the return of products due to quality issues within 30 days of the purchase date. After this 30-day period, we regretfully cannot accept any returns.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been used, opened, or damaged. Please note that custom products cannot be returned unless we have made an error.

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options: store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at order@bigsku.com to obtain a return authorization number. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return. Once you have received a return authorization number, securely package the item(s) and clearly display the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Shipping and Handling

Unless we have made an error in shipping your order or the item(s) received are defective, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you believe you have received incorrect items or defective ones, please email video evidence to order@bigsku.com. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

In certain circumstances or for specific products, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact our customer service team at order@bigsku.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the original product, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will promptly ship the new product to you.
